Cleaning Services Agreement

1. Parties

This agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between 360 Commerical Cleaners, hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider,” Customer hereinafter referred to as the “Client.”

2. Scope of Services

The Service Provider agrees to provide cleaning services to the Client. The scope of services includes, but is not limited to:

Regular cleaning (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.) Deep cleaning Post-construction cleanup Other services as agreed upon

3. Service Details

Specify the type of cleaning services (e.g., residential, commercial). Describe the specific tasks to be performed during each visit (e.g., vacuuming, dusting, mopping, etc.). Outline any special requirements (e.g., pet-friendly cleaning products, eco-friendly practices).

4. Schedule

Specify the frequency of cleaning services (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly). Include the days and times when cleaning services will be provided.

5. Payment

Describe the payment terms (hourly rate or flat fee). Indicate whether a deposit is required. Specify the due date for payment.

6. Access

The Client agrees to provide access to the premises during scheduled cleaning times. The Service Provider will take reasonable care while on the premises.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with reasonable notice. Specify the notice period required for termination.

8. Confidentiality

The Service Provider agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive information discovered during cleaning services.

9. Dispute Resolution

Outline the process for resolving disputes (e.g., mediation, arbitration).

10. Governing Law

Specify the state or jurisdiction whose laws govern this Agreement.
